Includes and is not limited to:
** Communicate and be clear with your co-members.
** Members are to use their real names and have a real and current picture of themself on their VarageSale profile.
** For technical support please write to VarageSale directly via the Help Button.
** Please get along with your co-members. If three of them assign strikes against your account, we only process the paperwork and remove you from our community. It is those co-members that you need to work with.
** Seller's assign strikes for No Shows including porch pick-ups, cancelling at the last minute, not describing your item accurately, etc.
** Three strikes and you're out (for good). You may or may not receive a warning after two strikes.
** A reply back within 72 hours is completely acceptable from admins/moderators. If you were revoked you are not owed any further communication.
** No negative praises, naming and shaming, etc. allowed.
** To report a strike please send your local admin team screen shots of your conversation with the other person. Please do not write to the Chief Admin as she is the admin for the admins, and is for VarageSale to talk to, which keeps her very busy, so please select another admin/moderator on the list.
** In addition to VarageSale's list of items which are prohibited (available on the Help Button), our community also does not permit the sale or giving away of pets or vehicle air bags.
