Good condition, washed a couple of times, no rips or tears, I don't think my kids played with it much. She is about 18", or so. I live on the corner of Olive and Davis, prefer pick up from the house, or porch pick up, can meet in the surrounding areas, or drive further if you are buying $15 or more. Please pick up when you promise or at least let me know if you can't for some reason, if there is more than one person interested in an item and the first person does not show up without notice I will let the next person have it.
