I have 6 extra Fidalgo Julie Dahlia plants that are ready for a new home. I “woke” them up in March, started them indoors and they have been outside on a protected porch for a couple weeks. I’ve already planted mine.

They are about 6” - 8” tall. Last picture shows the plant. It is a prolific bloomer and tuber grower with colours that can look more red or orange or yellow depending on what is planted around them.
