Exquisite, one of a kind custom, jacket leather trim - never worn size 8-10

This jacket is truly outstanding!
The trim is super soft, royal blue leather.
It’s lined with satin, maybe silk.
I have no idea what the fabric is, it has subtle sparkles in the yellow/orange circles and it almost feels like a super lightweight neoprene, but it can’t be.
It was custom designed and made for my neighbour in Victoria.
