New in the box. It has never been used other then to be tested to make sure it works. It has a little dent on top and one at the bottom from shipping. Very minor you barely notice them and the finish wasnt even scratched in those spots. They dont even show up when we try and take pics of them. It got very minor damaged during shipping. This would be a great fridge for any teachers class room, a students dorm, or beer fridge for the garage. You could use it at the hunting camp to hold drinks in. The fridge has a spot where you can put one ice tray in it. A lot of applications for a small fridge.
