Stand is approximately 3.5' - 4' wide and approximately 2' deep (measured from front to back). Stand has two properly functioning drawers that are directly below two small shelves (perfects for DVD player, video game counsels, etc.). This item does have signs of wear consisting of two small patches where the dark cherry stain has been rubbed off (occurred during a move). One patch is just above the handle of the right side drawer. The second patch is on the top surface of the stand toward the right side (if facing front of stand). Asking price of $40 is firm.
