Our Rules

• You MUST be willing to pick up or drop off in the Sunderland area or within Brock Township. If you are out of that area you MUST be willing to deliver within the area. Unless an agreeable location is decided on between buyer and seller. If you can’t make it to your arranged pick up/ drop off – please be kind and message the other person.

-No selling of: Drugs, cigarets, alcohol, weapons, baby walkers, drop rail cribs, expired car seats, car seats that have been in accidents OR anything that is illegal. Here is a list of prohibited items: http://help.varagesale.com/article/371-what-items-are-not-allowed

-No drama please! Rude, offensive, dramatic, posts will be removed....
Please inspect your items PRIOR to handing over the money. Under no circumstances are people to be called out on the wall by name or incident. This includes No-shows, dissatisfaction with your purchase or disagreement on what an item is worth. If there is a problem lets please solve it like adults privately through private message. Bullying will result in immediately being deleted from the community. If things cannot be resolved please contact an Admin.

-RESALE OF FREE ITEMS IS NOT PREMITTED. This includes but is not limited to FREE baby formula samples. These items were given to you for free and we will not allow you to profit from them. Please instead trade the items for items in which you need.

-Sellers can price an item as they deem fit. Sellers please disclose of any imperfections, knock offs, ETC... So the buyers know exactly what they are buying.

-All businesses MUST be a current resident within Brock Township. You are welcome to post your website within your description. Please post your business in the Small Business Category.

-Posts can be BUMPED every 24 hours. Please wait the 24 hours to Bump your item... please do not delete and re-add your item to get it back to the top of the list but instead please wait the 24 hours to BUMP your item. Once the 24 hour time frame is over an icon will appear be side your item for sale that will say “BUMP” click it and the picture will automatically BUMP for you.

-Please visit out “Admin tips” section located in the categories. It will be filled with Graphics, and helpful hints to help your VarageSale experience a Positive one.

-Any post that doesn’t follow group rules may be removed WITHOUT notice. Continued group violations will have you removed from the group. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself and adhere to these group rules.
