We are selling our brown leather reclining sectional from American Furniture Warehouse. It is about 2 years old and in good condition. We originally paid $1,200. All 4 seats recline, and the two on each end also rock. There are some very small cat scratches, but they have been treated with matching leather polish so they are barely detectable. There are two storage compartments that each have two cup holders. One of the compartments has a small hole on the inside fabric, but it cannot be seen when it is closed. One of the middle seats has a small tension rod that needs to be tightened. Other than that, it is a great couch for your family. It will be thoroughly clean and vacuumed before you pick it up. This is a non-smoking home, but we do have pets.

This is a pickup only in Thornton. You must have a truck and bring someone to help load it. It divides into different pieces for easier transport.
