Perfect timing to add this to your Halloween decor - Approx 27 in long, stripped legs, pointed hat, crooked smile, tags still on, has been in storage for about 10 years. The noise maker in the hat didn't work when I tested it this morning. Not sure if can be replaced. Overall excellent condition and a great add to any decor.
