A classic vintage Canadian gasoline licence & ration book from 1945. These books were used back in the day to restrict how much gasoline could be purchased and used by individual plated vehicles. During and after the war restrictions were issued on how much individuals could purchase to consume thereby creating a coupon system with ration books.
