2. Item title, description and asking price MUST BE INCLUDED!! (discussions are not for selling or ISO posts, they must be posted in a category) if asking price is not included, item is FREE! We are not an auction site. Post price you are willing to take. Posting $1,000,000 OBO is also not ok, post the price you are willing to take, again, not an auction site.
3. ONE post per item; additional views of the SAME item can be posted as a comment under the main photo. DO not post in multiple categories. Post your items in the most appropriate category. Unsure of what category? Message an admin for guidance. 1 category per item. If it is not selling well, edit and change the category.
4. ONE item per post unless being sold as a lot. Post items individually. -- NO STOCK PHOTOS, actual pictures of the item only. (reserve feature does not work this way)
5. PROFILE PHOTO must be of you, not husband, wife, kids, pets, flowers etc. For the safety of our group members we require a photo so people can see who they are meeting.
6. No outside links to FB pages or other selling platforms. Posting links or company info to your sales posts are not allowed in your descriptions in ANY category, other than the Small Business Directory (SBD) Businesses may post ONE advertisement in the Small Business Directory, only. Use the comments to list specials. NO recruiting
7. SELLER Follow order of interest and respond in a timely manner. Show respect, do not ignore messages. BUYERS PM seller within 4 hours of expressing interest (asking a question alone does not imply interest, if you have a question on an item use possibly interested then the question. Possibly interested with a question is as good as stating interested or clicking interested and the same rules should be followed for order of interest.
8. Use private messaging for making pickup and delivery arrangements
9. All negotiation of prices (and bottom dollar inquiries) are to be done through private messaging, not the item itself.
10. 10 Items can be bumped every 2 hours, but the same item can only be bumped every 12 hours. Your post will have a "bump" arrow icon when it's ready to be bumped. Commenting on your item does not bump it.
11.Update the status of your item promptly. Once marked sold your item will automatically be deleted after 7 days.
12. No free pets posts!
13. No sale of infant formula or baby food, you may give it away
14. NO DRAMA!!!!!! This includes but is not limited to name calling, swearing, price bashing, item bashing etc. (sadly yes we need to spell this out)
