Does your RV roof leak or is the roof starting to darken with age? Is the sealant around your fixtures and seams starting to crack? Are your vent caps becoming brittle? You may need a roof reseal.

If your membrane is still in reletively good condition we can simply replace the cracked LAP sealant around your fixtures and seams to prevent future leaking. This service starts at $10 per linear foot and is important to have done before the rains come.

If your membrane is starting to darken with age or otherwise has issues we can install an elastomeric coating over the surface to re-rubberize, re-whiten and reseal it.

Some options include our Acrylic Elastomeric Reseal which retails for $18 per linear foot. This product features a dull, textured white surface that we install over top of all new LAP sealant following an intensive pressure wash and prep. It comes with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer as well as an installation warranty from us.

Our Premium Silicone Self-Leveling Elastomeric retails for $22 per linear foot and features a slick, shiny white surface which is better for active use. This product comes with a LIFETIME warranty from the manufacturer as well as an installation warranty from us.

To calculate the cost of your reseal simply multiply the overall length of your RV by any of our services above.(Example: A 30ft RV x $18 per linear foot for an Acrylic Elastomeric Reseal = $540). Note: Larger units in good condition may be adjusted down in price.

We can also replace or upgrade roof fans and vent caps, sewer caps, AC gaskets, skylights, water tight insert trim (along gutter rails and side rails), outdoor showers and more.
We can also replace wood rot areas under your membrane or install an entirely new roof if need be. We use PVC or TPO membranes on all installations. Not sure what you need?
