Hi there my name is Jeff, I teach private Taekwondo & Martial Arts lessons to people of all ages. Classes are conducted in my own home training facility with all necessary equipment provided.

If you’ve always wanted to earn your black belt but want an alternative to large classes private lessons are for you. Or simply train for fun, fitness, and to learn practical self-defense.

Train at your pace, on your schedule, as much or as little as you like with no contracts required. We customize your program around you and the areas you want to learn most.

I can teach up to 4 people at one time and the price stays the same regardless of how many people attend. Classes are available mornings, afternoons, and evenings from 9am to 8pm.

Martial arts styles I teach include Taekwondo, Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Hapkido, and Olympic Style Wrestling.
