Mexican-American artist Luis Preciado worked in a style he describes as "Post Art Deco Graphic”, and clearly drew from the same inspirations as Patrick Nagel.

“Ziggy” couldn’t be much more 1980s! The subject has big blonde flowing hair, pink lipstick, black aviator sunglasses, and nothing on but black bikini bottoms and a red and black leather jacket. (The piece’s tile comes from the patch on the the woman’s left shoulder.)

Adding an eye for detail, the artist used silver ink for the jacket’s zippers and snaps.
