At 51”W x 42”H and almost 50 LBs, this old girl got a major facelift that will give her new life for years to come!

The dated design was removed (before pic included), along with all the dark finish down to bare wood. Minwax stain in the color ‘Driftwood’ was applied and a matte sealer to protect the wood.

Various tools were also used to age the wood (it was too perfect after hours of sanding), and then a black wax was applied to those areas to heighten the vintage look. The glass was removed to sand down and stain the interior rim so the reflection is uniform throughout.

This would be perfect over a mantle, a bathroom vanity, dresser, King size Bed, or entryway table. Honestly, anywhere!
