The Artist of this piece is the same as the person who did The World Trade Center watercolor that I am also selling. This one was worth more than The World Trade Center, as it numbered 5/20 and hand-signed. It is a watercolor of a seascape scene with a gold frame with matting and a border. The size is 11” x 14” without the frame and 23.5” x 21” with the frame. Dow Art Gallery, J. Peeler Howell and Carter Bowden estimated its worth to be close to $1,000, but could not give me a definitive answer on the Artist. It is in EXCELLENT condition and was purchased in the mid-2000’s at a gallery in Northern CA.
