Unit has been fully refurbished. This includes a complete disassembly to clean-remove-reapply thermal paste to cpu and gpu. Cleaning of fan shrouds and fans to remove dirt and dust. Motherboards also undergo a cleaning process in an Ultra Sonic machine to clean solder joints and other connections.
Overall unit is in good shape. There are come scratches and dents on the casing which are picture but does not affect functionality. Keyboard, trackpad and screen are in good shape. All hardware was tested.
Unit has a fresh installation of PATCHED Catalina OS with no accounts associated to the unit. I have also installed VLC media player and the office suite (still need office account)
