I bought these they were brand new still in box and they still are but I got them from a wholesale yard sale and they have this white stuff on bottom of them that wipes off just by rubbing my hand on it. I haven’t tried wiping with a rag due to they don’t fit me. So I wasn’t wasting my time. Size 9 not wide calf which is what I need. But nothing wrong with them no scuffs or anything on the actual boot!
