Samsung Galaxy S5 - Model # SM-G900V for Verizon Wireless. Phone is in good condition with a clean IMEI. The LCD screen has no scratches and neither does the back. The phone has never had liquid damage and works 100%. The only flaw is the chrome trim around the phone is starting to peel.
