ABOUT THE LANDLORDS:

Family with 3 young kids. We have a busy and active lifestyle; early morning hockey practices, karate, swimming, skating, gymnastics, play dates and kids birthday parties we’re most likely always on the go.

The kids can be quite loud and sometimes it gets chaotic when we are at home; with that said however, their bedtime is 8:00pm and things start to calm down. We are generally pretty quiet once kids are in bed so this compatibility in lifestyles is a priority and important to us.

ABOUT THE SUITE:
Available Feb 1. Located in the Florence Lake area, near Costco, Millstream Mall, restaurants, hiking trails and other amenities.

It’s a self contained 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite (approx. 500-600sqft) with separate entrance. There is no living area above the suite, so there is reduced noise transference from directly above. Additional details below:
- Looking to get $1900/month
- Reasonable water usage is included
- Electricity is calculated via a sub meter and paid by the tenant
- Washer and dryer in laundry room.
- Includes a driveway parking spot for one small vehicle along the side of the house
- Garbage and compost is included. The bins are shared with the landlords
- Recycling is a must and you’ll be required to bring your bins to the curb on pick up days
- No pets, whatsoever. (Kids are allergic and will need to be epipened)
- No smoking of any sort on the property (Daughter has asthma)
- references will be checked, including one from current landlord
- Employment verification and length of employment will also be required
- Credit check may also be considered
