New in box size 13.5 girls TOMS. My daughter tried them on once around the house, but otherwise unworn. The paper inserts are missing but the box is in great condition. Could be used as a gift. Unfortunately Toms run a little small, so I’d say they’re closer to a size 13. That’s why we didn’t end up using them during the Fall/Winter. Super cute! PPU
