Fair used condition; a rip on one side on one of the pockets and a few other smaller tears; a little staining; could maybe repair tears if desired by sewing/gluing/stapling? Or if you’re really crafty you could probably make or even buy replacement pockets. The unit easily comes apart with a Phillips head screwdriver.
