Code of Conduct

Simple Guidelines:

-First person to ask a question or implies interest as a comment gets the item - We cannot select who we want to sell to - offering a higher bid is not allowed - A question asked in the comments implies interest and would place them first in line. Tagging DOES NOT secure a friends or neighbors place in line. Tag with the word interested or poss int will automatically not count and move to the next buyer. 12 hour wait time must be in place before you move on to the next potential person interested. WE ARE NOT A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE GROUP!

• Please be polite, courteous, and respectful. Keep it positive.

-Meet-up places need to be considerate of those in the Potranco Road Area.

• Temporary Rule: Porch pick ups are only allowed within the groups boundaries. Anything outside of them will require prior approval and must fall within the approved list of items for pick up

-Business Promotions must now be under Small Business.

-No personal posts other than from administration.

-The sale of alcohol, sexually explicit content, and tobacco is NOT permitted.

• STICK TO THE PRICE!!! You are obligated to sell that item at the price you already agreed on in the order on which the persons have asked for the item.

• Sell & buy at your OWN RISK. Admin and Moderators accept NO Responsibility of transactions that do not go correctly - items that are contaminated, dried up, faulty, broken,, missing parts or pieces, used, etc

This includes the sale of items such as breast pumps, swimwear, undergarments, cosmetics, food, nursing items, cloth diapers, mattresses, etc

• If you sell homemade goodies, you are expected to follow the Texas Cottage Food Law.
  

-Re-Selling a Purchased Item Within the Same Site is Prohibited unless it is sold at the same price.

-No Firearms are allowed. (including soft air guns) No weapons of any kind. These include any knives other than kitchenware. No swords or spears allowed.

-It is encouraged to use cash for your purchases. This is strictly up to the seller/buyer.

• Please disclose details such as brand, size, if all pieces are include, price and the condition of the item you are selling.

• Please be respectful to the price asked by the seller.

• Let people know if you've changed your mind on an item. Communication is key!

-Please change status of sold items. They will auto delete once status is changed.

-No intruding on posts, offering more money to secure the item, telling people where to get it cheaper, etc.

Disclaimer - Admins and Mods can remove a member without warning and without being removed by the Three Strike System. Disrespect & Rudeness will not be tolerated. Also, selling items that are on the forbidden list will warrant automatic removal of member.
