These pants are brand new, they can be men's or women's. I purchased 2 pairs for husband but they are too short for him. I tried them on and they fit me perfect, so I am keeping one pair for myself and selling this other one. The photos do not do justice to the pants, they are black but show lighter in the photo. nice front slash pockets and a side leg pocket great to carry phone as it zips up, one back pocket. Great medium weight pant for walking in the rain or sunshine. I take a size 10 and 5' 4" tall and they fit me nicely. Comes from a pet and smoke free home. Pick up Tsawwassen.
